We have a member accepting the arrangements chair position. Her name is Priti Desai. Please help her out and answer any questions she may have. Thank you Priti for helping us. The Executive Board has voted to stop the postcard monthly mailing. As reported, we were losing money on that venture. Please view the website from now on. |

The books will officially switch September 12th. We've had trouble bringing the three of us together. We made $10,700 on the SQC this past year not $20,700 as reported last month. Season Pass in force again for first meeting. $99 - a $159 savings!! | |

Report given by Joel. CQE and CQA course to be given at Picatinny. 9/14 and 9/16-17 Respectively. Also Anheuser-Busch Minitab and Schering-Plough CQA, CQE, and CSQE. Much discussion about education and the finances ensued. Wayne will speak with Carl. Possible financial summary after each semester/session for Executive Board. Completed On-site Hi-Tronics CQI (12 students) and Stryker CSSBB bridge (10 Students) | |

of people registered for the Oct.17,09 Exam: Bio 2 CMI 6 CQT 2 CRE 1 CSS 18 MGR 7 Registration is still in progress. So far 36 people registered. I will make arrangements for the rooms at Berkley by 9/15. Re-Certification Applications A total of four Journals received in August. (Two were for multiple re-certification) For the December 5, 2009 we have 19 so far. 4 people are up for Re-certification. Tests are still conducted at Berkeley College. |

was unanimously passed to bolster this portion of the section. The
"statistics" will no longer be presented. Mulraj will create
a "ASQ 304" Linked in profile. We may post jobs at meetings
as done in the past. Ed May will speak to Ralph. Becker interested
in helping. Website to also be improved to support these efforts.

conference set for April 15, 2010. Planning already underway. Hotel booked. Keynote speaker already secured. Half of speakers needed already obtained. Commitment letter to be sent to them shortly. Next Meeting to be held 9/24 at Houlihan's on Route 46 at 6pm. We need a treasurer for the SQC. |
