General Section Meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at the La Quinta on Rte. 46 in Fairfield unless other plans are made. Meetings begin at 6:00 PM with dinner at 6:30 PM and the program at 7:30 PM.

What could help increase the benefit of Six Sigma?

Many companies globally have endorsed the concepts and ideals behind Six Sigma, but for the amount they spend on a deployment, the Return on Investment is often not where they would like it. What could help increase the benefit of Six Sigma?

In this session, Brad will explain the concept of Six Sigma and will discuss the benefits of performing Six Sigma benchmarking assessments as a means of improving a deployment's effectiveness and sustainability. He will discuss how using a structured "standard" can help to be the basis for deployment evaluations and increase the return on your Six Sigma investment. In addition Brad will discuss how using a Standard for Six Sigma can function as a "roadmap" for new Six Sigma deployments, and lead to effective, sustainable, and transparent Six Sigma results faster than ever before.
